Johnny Copland is a musician and producer from Scotland. His music has been played on BBC, ITV, CBBC, BBC 1Xtra, and on TV worldwide.
He currently writes and produces for Warner Chappell Production Music, Boost Music and Studio Fontana. He studied mixing and mastering with Berklee College of Music and taught Music Production at ICMP London.
He spent 10 years in London as a session musician. His bass playing with The Reflex has featured on releases by Noel Gallagher, Claptone, Purple Disco Machine and Unkle amongst others. Live he has appeared on Radio 1, C4TV, BBC 1 Graham Norton Show and more with acts including The Crystal Fighters, Marcos Valle, Barry Manilow and Raign.
Johnny produces original electronic music under the alias bassröbot.
